Summary: A group of young people are in an assassination game, only the weapons they use are water pistols and water balloons. The rules are simple, spray your target and collect their target card to continue. Every person has an assassin who they need to avoid and a target that they are hunting. The story’s main character is a fast-food restaurant worker named Mac; however the book changes to different people’s point of view. As you read on, you will find some of these players are willing to do in order to win the game; their desire for winning motivates them to challenge the law and rules of the game. For example, a 14-year-old lied about her identity and went inside a bar, or a police officer uses his uniform to intimidate other players.
Why I pick this book: I pick this book because I watched a CSI episode about the same game that the book is about, so I thought that this should be an interesting book.
Why I kept reading it: The book describes a lot of thrilling scenes and it got me interested to read on.
Who I would give the book to: I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in exciting games and excitement of competitions.
